Basil Bangs Go Large umbrellas are designed for sturdy use outdoors, in the garden, on the patio or in a commercial setting.

To set up your umbrella, lay half of the canopy horizontally on a stable surface. Take the bottom pole and gently screw it into the top half of the umbrella, making sure the threads line up. If there is resistance, stop and apply a little lubricant to the mast. Once assembled, place the umbrella into the base. DO NOT try to screw the two halves of the umbrella together in an upright position. If it's a snap fitting, just snap it on.
Do not leave the umbrella open unattended.
The umbrella must be closed in adverse weather conditions.
Always secure your umbrella to a suitable base.
If using a mobile base, ensure sufficient weight is applied to the base, for example sandbags or weight bags (taking into account weather conditions).
Any modification to your umbrella may void the warranty.
Periodically clean the frame with water (more frequently if you live in a salty or industrial environment).
The canopy can be washed in warm, soapy water to remove marks.
Do not use bleach-based detergents to clean the canopy.
Make sure the umbrella is dry and clean before storing it for an extended period to avoid the appearance of mold.
Be careful when closing the umbrella that the canopy is not caught or pinched by the umbrella arms. This is especially important before storing the umbrella for long periods of time or if the umbrella must be laid horizontally for storage. Damage to fabric caused by pinching is not covered under warranty.
Inspect the installation fitting/base regularly and retighten if necessary.
