Ooni Karu 12's bespoke fuel tray maximizes airflow and produces a powerful jet of searing flame - load it with real wood or charcoal, and you won't have excess ash to clean. Ooni Karu 12 can reach a temperature of 500°C (950°F) in just 15 minutes to cook exceptional pizzas at high temperatures. And thanks to the airflow control, it can also cook food at a lower temperature. This gives you greater flexibility.

Weighing only 12 kg (26.4 lb), Ooni Karu 12 combines portability with the power and warmth of a large wood-fired oven.

The stainless steel body of Ooni Karu 12 is insulated with ceramic fibers. The oven is equipped with a thick Ooni pizza stone and a patented flame arrestor for maximum heat retention.
