Thick Top, the first step towards increasingly eco-conscious design.

Thick Top by TOOU Design, a name that is almost an onomatopoeia, a shape designed for both indoors and outdoors, in two different heights that make it a versatile and flexible object. The two heights are suitable for different uses, such as a table or even a suitcase rack, to be placed freely in the house, in the garden, in public spaces or in restaurants. The slight grooves and proportions of the board are almost tray-like in size and maneuverability. Although the name refers to the considerable thickness of the top, the object is at the same time surprisingly light and easy to handle, thanks to the intelligent use of materials.

The slightly outlined base testifies to TOOU's renewed commitment to greater attention to the environment, since it is made of eco plastic, a compound of recycled organic waste whose impact on the environment is extremely weak. The sober and refined colors of the top and the thin closing base harmonize perfectly with the vibrant textures of the ecoplastic body.

TOOU Design considers Thick Top as an important first step towards a design that is increasingly respectful of the environment and whose impact on the Earth is as low as possible.
