When it's time to do a shock treatment for your spa, our shock gems are the convenient solution because the tiny one-ounce capsules are specially formulated to work in conjunction with the SilkBalance water conditioner. With this new chlorine-free chemical solution, we've taken the time to clean your spa.

ELIMINATE ODORS AND REDUCE ORGANIC CONTAMINANTS with these single-dose MPS shock gems

Because SilkBalance is not a disinfectant, you still need to oxidize all organic contaminants in the spa. Simply toss 1 shock gem into your spa after soaking – for up to two bathers – and 2 shock gems for three bathers or more. (You never need to add more than two shock gems at once.) This removes organic matter like body oil and sweat and helps prepare your water for the next use.
