Multicyclone pre-filter

The Waterco MultiCyclone is an ideal pre-filter for all installations, for cartridge filters or filtration with a lot of debris. It captures 80% of incoming dirt, thus reducing the load on the filter of the in-ground or above-ground pool. The principle is as follows: water enters the Multicyclone from the pump and undergoes a powerful centrifugal effect. The accumulation of sediment remains on the periphery in the filter and the filtered water comes out. The flow remains constant inside despite the accumulation of debris. Therefore, simply open a valve on the side to empty the tank.

The Multicyclone is ideal for installing in conjunction with the sand filter. It will reduce the frequency of backwash cleaning. It will therefore save water. Also ideal to be installed in conjunction with a cartridge filter. It will therefore be able to minimize the cleaning of the cartridges and preserve their lifespan.
